Who we are
T² (tsquared.app) is the back office that online businesses use to run their own stores: orders, stock, listings, bookkeeping and advertising across the sales channels each business connects. It is operated by T Squared LLC.
What T² keeps
- Accounts of people who sign in - name, email address, role and when they last signed in. Passwords are checked and kept by our sign-in provider; T² does not store them.
- Business records from the services a business connects - orders, products and listings, payouts and fees, invoices and sales, and advertising campaigns and their performance - from Amazon (the Selling Partner API and the Amazon Ads API), Walmart, eBay, QuickBooks, Stripe and Google, and from the business's own website.
- Customer details inside those records, as each service provides them - for example a buyer's name or username, an email address on a website order, or where an order shipped. For Amazon orders, T² does not keep buyers' names, email addresses, phone numbers or street addresses: only the state and country an order shipped to.
- The sign-in keys for those services - stored encrypted, used only to fetch and update the business's own records, and never shown.
How it is used
Only to run T² for the business that connected the information: its reports, its month-end bookkeeping, its stock and listings, and the management of its advertising. That includes our advertising-management app, also run by T Squared LLC, which receives short-lived access through T² to manage the business's Amazon advertising. We do not sell or rent the information, and we do not use it to advertise to anyone.
Who else handles it
- The companies that run T² for us: Railway (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in) and Resend (email).
- The services a business connects, when T² works in them on that business's behalf.
- Anyone the law requires us to share it with.
How it is protected
Every connection to T² is encrypted. Service sign-in keys are encrypted in storage. Each business sees only its own information, and people see only what their role in that business allows.
How long it is kept, and removing it
Information is kept while a business uses T². A business can disconnect any service at any time from its Settings, which deletes the stored sign-in keys for that service. To have a business's information or your own account deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, emailsupport@tsquared.app.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
